| Craig Williams is our new part-time Driver and
Warehouse Assistant. He will work with volunteers to do pick ups and
deliveries in the Champaign-Urbana area, and to help keep the store
organized. Craig, a lifelong Champaign resident, also works part
time at KimCo Cleaning Corp. and has worked at Jeld-Wen and Guardian
West in the past. Craig is also active in the community, and helps
with the WEFT show "Unity in Community" on Sunday mornings. Help us
welcome Craig to Habitat for Humanity! |

Habitat for Humanity's ReStore is now a permanent drop
off location for food donations for Eastern Illinois Foodbank.
Eastern Illinois Foodbank welcomes gifts of nonperishable canned,
packaged and bottled food as well as cleaning supplies, and personal
toiletry items.
You may drop of donations for the Foodbank
during regular ReStore hours. |

| Habitat for Humanity and Boneyard Arts
Festival |

This April, the Habitat for Humanity ReStore will be
participating in the Boneyard Arts Festival, featuring an exhibit on
poverty housing and Habitat families. Volunteers are needed the week
of April 16 to hang pieces in the exhibit and set up for our special
preview event. If you are interested get involved or for more

Habitat for Humanity of Champaign County, area
Lutherans and members of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans will break
ground on two homes this spring. This partnership is a powerful
opportunity to reconnect with Habitat's roots. We're grateful for
their commitment to increasing to building relationships and
strengthening our community.

| Happy Hours Resume February
13th |

Join the Volunteer Committee as we resume our monthly
Happy Hours on February 13th! The first volunteer Happy Hour
mixer for 2007 is Tuesday, February 13, from 5pm-7pm back at Boltini
Lounge in downtown Champaign. Free appetizers and name tags! Bring a
warm smile, a firm handshake, and get ready to mix it up with those
you know... and those you'd like to know!

Orientations |

Thanks to everyone interested in the ReStore. To get
started, you first need to attend an orientation.
The
current orientation schedule for February is as
follows: Saturday, February 3rd at 9a Wednesday, February 7th
at 5:30p Saturday, February 10th at 9a Wednesday, February
14th at 5:30p Saturday, February 17th at 9a Wednesday,
February 21st at 5:30p. Saturday, February 24th at
9a Wednesday, February 28th at 5:30p
All ReStore
orientations begin on the main floor of the store. Habitat for
Humanity's ReStore is located at 119 E. University Ave. This
schedule is subject to change. Old store volunteers are encouraged
to attend a new store orientation for the updated store policies and
to learn more about this massive three story building.
